Rice Flour RP-100

Rice Flour RP-100 is a parboiled white rice flour produced from parboiled long grain varieties of rice. RP-100 is partially gelatinized, and especially resistant to heat processing, promoting a dry, clean, finished texture in extruded snacks. The product is useful as an ingredient for enzyme reacted cereals.

Rice Flour MP-100 is a parboiled white rice flour produced from parboiled medium grain varieties of rice. MP-100 was developed specifically for use in rice noodle applications where resistance to cracking and breakage, and a softer texture, or resistance to hardening, is required.
