Rice Flour RL-100

Rice Flour RL-100 is a "general purpose" white rice flour produced from long grain varieties of rice. It performs well in a variety of applications, and has proven especially good in extrusion processes. Rice Flour RL-100 is ideally suited for food applications where minimal flavor interference is preferred, or where a dry texture or crispness is desired.

Rice Flour RM-100

Rice Flour RM-100 is a white rice flour produced from medium grain varieties of rice. RM-100 is essentially non-allergenic (typical of rice). Because of its lower amylose to amylopectin ratio, RM-100 is useful in reducing syneresis when used as a thickener in sauces, gravies, and puddings.
