Rice-Gel^® L-100 is a specially processed, precooked rice flour. It is extremely bland, with a clean taste & virtually no noticeable cereal flavor. Rice-Gel^® L-100 blends readily with other dry ingredients, particularly good for flavored popcorn and baked or extruded snack dustings.

Rivland Rice Meal No. 2 is a specially granulated white rice meal produced from long grain varieties of rice. It adds crispness to deep-fat fried products as well as snack crackers and extruded snacks.

Parboiled Rice Meal

Rivland Parboiled Rice Meal is a specially granulated white rice meal produced from long grain varieties of rice. The parboiling process partially gelatinizes the starch in the grain, which results in a rice meal which is resistant to overprocessing.
